i love Christine Lee, so much!
Been going here for 5+ years they've literally brought my dental health from 0 to 100%. I got my root canal here, I got my crown here, and I just finished my last clean this year from the main dentist on staff who happens to be the best dentist in the world. You'd be crazy not to give them a try if you need a dentist or you're looking to switch. There facility is clean and upscale from technology stand point. They use local anesthetic as well as the full numb stuff for larger procedures. Just the best place to get you teeth right.
Overall, warm and welcoming front desk receptionist and the dental hygienist and dentist had great 'bedside manners'. Staff/team comes across as people who will do you right and it is about your care and health that they are focused on.
My time is always well spent at Rivermark Dental! Their service is is thorough and I feel confident in the work they perform !

As always, Christine Y. Lee was cheery and helpful. It's always nice to go to a doctor's office, and the doctor is actually happy to see you. She works on Saturday at her other location in Santa Clara (not Rivermark). Thank goodness! A crown of mine broke. Although she was booked, she squeezed me in. I've been going to her for over 4 years and am very confident in her ability. She has to put in a new crown, so I will see her again, this time at Rivermark, in 2 weeks.
The two services I get hooked on is my Hair Dresser and my Dentist. I can't say enough about Dr. Lee, she is great. Very attentive, gentle, and knows what she is doing. Makes you feel comfortable in that chair and explains things to you.Highly Recommend her...
My daughter is almost 3-years-old as this was her second time at this dentist office. She was pretty nervous at first contact but the dental assistant who cleaned her teeth was great!

Today I saw Dr. Lee as a new patient. This was the best day I have ever had at the dentist. My teeth were cleaned quickly and PAINLESSLY! My old dentist used to scrape and claw at my teeth until they bled. Dr. Lee used an ultrasonic plaque remover and the entire procedure took less than 5 minutes!!! My teeth have never felt so clean! Then, Dr. Lee used another tool and fixed one of my teeth by making it even with my other front tooth. My old dentist wanted to charge me $2500 to replace this crown but Dr. Lee charged me ZERO $$$! I left the office feeling so happy and beautiful! My sisters used to tease me about my tooth, but now they cannot tease me anymore! GO TO Dr. LEE!!! You will be so happy you did!
My visit was only for cleaning and it was a great experience. Dr. Lee is always so friendly and Gina is a wonderful person to greet you when you enter the office.

I had lots of work done on my teeth over the last 15 years at Rivermark, as I needed lots of crowns. The work done is always excellent.
I have been going to Dr. Lee for what seems like forever (~18 years) :) I have to say she is one of best dentist in the bay area. Her work is amazing after all these years never had one issue and I had fillings/root canals, cleanings with her. She is also very caring person and her staff is also extremely nice. I highly recommend her for any routine dental work.
I really don't know what the nay-sayers are talking about. I've been going to Dr. Lee for 4 years. She is very skilled, and explains things in an understandable way. I have had root canals, crowns, and fillings. I'm satisfied with them. The only thing I don't like is that there have been a number of associate dentists. They don't seem to last long there. They were good. But I feel more comfortable with Dr. Lee. Also, Rhonda at the front desk, and now a dental assistant, is great. She is very helpful with insurance coverage and figuring out the best way to use it. She is also a very good assistant. I will absolutely stay with Rivermark Dental.
I have been with Dr Lee for about 15 years... Lots of crowns, lots of work done... As far as I am concerned, the work was always perfect, and I never had anything to complain about. I am now working in Campbell, and Rivermark is a little further than it was previously, but when you are very satisfied, why would you change to a different dentist ?
I've been visiting this dental hospital to be treated my painful teeth. Dr. Lee kindly explained everything and very skillful to deal with my teeth without giving me any pain during treatment. She can speak Korean, Spanish and English as well. Any person who has a language barrier can be a patient without any fear.

I went to the Rivermark Dental for my Dental problem. I got appointment fixed on 3rd May 2018. Mrs Rhonda in the front office was so nice to help me to complete the formalities. Since I was having some problem in one of my tooth I requested her to fix appointment either immediately or next day as I had some irritation on one of my tooth. She enquired any thing bothering my tooth. I told her at present no problem. As she could not accommodate earlier date, I have agreed to come on the date as fixed already. After reaching home I had some irritation on the same tooth. Immediately I telephoned to Mrs Rhonda explaining the problem and requested her for immediate appointment. Fortunately the lady called me again and told me come exactly at 2 PM. My tooth problem was attended immediately by Dr Christine Y Lee. In fact Dr Christine Y Lee and Dr Lama both are extremely great persons and explained in detail about the dental procedures. Everything was done without any pinch of pain. Every person in the clinic are great and very nice in their profession.
I have had extensive dental work done in last 50+ years. Dr. Lee provides excellent results, the best dentist I have ever had! She provided 4 crowns and 1 bridge to me in last 4 years. Quality and fit of these are excellent. Prices also always within my plan, not like some other dentists I have seen here in SF Bay Area. I strongly recommend her services.
I have been going to Dr Lee for about 13 years, along with my husband and two kids. I have a lot of fear of dental procedures after having had some bad experiences at other dentists and I've had nothing but the best experiences with Dr Lee and her staff. She is always very understanding of my fear and has taken extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable. She is also really good with my kids. They have been going to her since they were two. They were nervous about going to the dentist when they were little but they have grown comfortable with everyone there.

I can't remember names. The new front office lady was not only extremely personable, but very competent in her job. She changed my name and address in the system, and put me on my new husband's insurance, as the secondary insurance. He is already a patient there, as am I. She suggested I stay on my own insurance until I lose it on June 1. She said I should use up what I can from my policy and then start using his. I hadn't even thought of that.I came in for x-rays, a cleaning and an examination by the dentist. I can't recall the name of the dental assitant. She was great taking x-rays and assisting the dentist.. She said "thank you" each time I did what she asked. Manners go a long way with me. She also seemed to know her job backward and forward.The dentist I saw was Dr. Llama. She was thorough in reading the x-rays She explained what she saw in terms I could understand. She told me where we go from here. I'm going back in a week for Dr. Lee to take a mold of my teeth for a night guard because I grind my teeth, a detail Dr. Lama noticed right away. Dr. Lee will also do a test to see if I need a root canal on a sensitive molar.This office is very accommodating in making appointments within a week or so.All in all, it was an excellent experience.

My family has been going to Rivermark Dental for about 5 years now. The kids and I love them so much that we now travel about 20 miles since moving away from the area. They are extremely good at what they do, have great hours, and you can schedule via text, phone and email. Highly recommend.

Rivermark Dental is friendly, professional and very accomodating. I was late for an important dental visit because of some unforeseen issues at my job and I called just as I was leaving work to let them know I could not make it to the appointment. Dr. Christine Lee personally answered the phone and asked how long my drive would take and I said, "Fifteen minutes". She then stated, "See you in fifteen". Dr. Lee and staff stayed well over their usual workday for me, even completing an extra procedure so I would not have to return the next day. That is top notch service in my book and really appreciated.

I like all the doctors in this dental office. After being a patient there for over 4 years, I am convinced that they are truly professional. Even bad reviews agree that the doctors are best-in-class in bay area. Office employee may be too straight-forward when it comes to logistics but I still love their upfront clarification for billing and etc.My minor complaint would be that it is hard to find parking space in lunch hours. So I usually avoid the noon times for appointment.

I had a great experience here. When I first called, the receptionist Rachel, was very sweet and made sure to get me an appointment and contact my insurance for me quickly. My dentist & her assistant are adorable! They were both very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist's office and I plan to make Rivermark Dental my permanent dentist.
I've been going to this dental office for the last 5 years and have never had any issues. The office is clean and modern and staff are all very nice. I always come here for my 6 month cleanings and had 2 deep cleanings done here as well. The only serious visit I had was for a minor gum surgery. The doctor was extremely nice and took the time to explain everything to me. The front office girl took the time to explain my inusrance plan and explained clearly what the insurance covers and what I needed to pay. I will continue to go back to this office.

Okay people, listen up! I have read these insane negative reviews and it's got to be a scam! These sound like paid morons who are trying to ruin the reputation and business of a few good people. They are BALONEY, NONSENSE, CR@P AND BS! You're lucky I won't tell you what I REALLY think!!! Ha!I have just returned home from Rivermark Dental and had a filling done by Dr. Christine Lee. Dr. Lee has been taking care of my teeth and my husband's teeth for a few years now and we both have only good things to say about her. She is a highly skilled dentist who always does a careful and excellent job! She never pushes a person to do things she suggests, she just tells us about it and lets us decide. She has never recommended anything that was not really necessary either! She has a friendly and pleasant attitude and let me tell you, her lighthearted banter is welcome relief from the stress that one usually feels in the dentist chair! It does NOT mean she's not paying attention to what she's doing! She works hard to do things accurately and efficiently. As a matter of fact, another dentist who used to work with her, Dr. Phan, did a crown for me and after a whole year, it was still a little painful. Dr. Phan was gone, but Dr. Lee took responsibility for it and replaced the crown free of charge! I am completely satisfied with her work and her ethics and so is my husband. Dr. Lee does care if a patient is in pain and will wait longer for the anesthesia to kick in or give more, as needed. She gives injections that you can barely feel...I have felt real pain, believe me, and this ain't it! This is as good as it gets. You want 100% pain free, get rid of all your teeth and puree your food. You want to keep your teeth and gums in good shape, go to Rivermark Dental. Rachel, who works the front desk and does all the administrative work, is always friendly and efficient, following up with phone calls to remind us of our appointments, which is a good thing! She explains the payment schedule very clearly so you know what you're paying for on a given visit. Luisa is the excellent Dental Assistant, who is always pleasant as well and goes the extra mile to make sure your teeth are cleaned and polished beautifully, taking more time to remove stains and making it unnecessary to bleach my teeth. She is very attentive and doesn't let you drown in your own saliva! The office facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. Magazines are recent and varied enough to keep you busy if you get there early. Everyone in the office at Rivermark Dental is friendly, efficient, skilled and personable. I give them the highest rating on all counts. People who have nothing better to do than write untrue negative reviews should get a life! But first, they should get a smack in the teeth (no pun intended, but now that I think of it....! LOL) I totally recommend Rivermark Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist they can trust. Give them a chance! I am hard to please and I am VERY pleased that my teeth are in the care of Rivermark Dental and will be until my teeth are in a glass by the bedside (God forbid). I had a routine cleaning and exam. It was smooth and done fast. Staffs were friendly. I felt comfortable with the cleaning process, asking questions and such. Procedures were explained well. Front desk provided good service, clear and easy.

This place has a welcoming, open, light, airy feel to it - a great asset for a dentist! The dentists themselves are friendly, make you feel comfortable, and are good at what they do. The receptionist is fairly friendly and helpful too. You come out feeling satisfied.

Rivermark Dental is friendly, professional and very accomodating. I was late for an important dental visit because of some unforeseen issues at my job and I called just as I was leaving work to let them know I could not make it to the appointment. Dr. Christine Lee personally answered the phone and asked how long my drive would take and I said, "Fifteen minutes". She then stated, "See you in fifteen". Dr. Lee and staff stayed well over their usual workday for me, even completing an extra procedure so I would not have to return the next day. That is top notch service in my book and really appreciated.
It is the best pain money can buy ;) No but really. I love going here, its easy and quick. They have done a really great job keeping my dental health in line.Thanks everyone!

Great staff! I'm always greeted with a warm smile and conversation. The staff are always friendly, careful and professional. Also, they are conveniently located right in Rivermark plaza! you can get your teeth cleaned and still get all your errands done too!

I like all the doctors in this dental office. After being a patient there for over 4 years, I am convinced that they are truly professional. Even bad reviews agree that the doctors are best-in-class in bay area. Office employee may be too straight-forward when it comes to logistics but I still love their upfront clarification for billing and etc.My minor complaint would be that it is hard to find parking space in lunch hours. So I usually avoid the noon times for appointment.

I had a great experience here. When I first called, the receptionist Rachel, was very sweet and made sure to get me an appointment and contact my insurance for me quickly. My dentist & her assistant are adorable! They were both very personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist's office and I plan to make Rivermark Dental my permanent dentist.
I've been going to this dental office for the last 5 years and have never had any issues. The office is clean and modern and staff are all very nice. I always come here for my 6 month cleanings and had 2 deep cleanings done here as well. The only serious visit I had was for a minor gum surgery. The doctor was extremely nice and took the time to explain everything to me. The front office girl took the time to explain my inusrance plan and explained clearly what the insurance covers and what I needed to pay. I will continue to go back to this office.
I cannot believe the reviews I am reading on here. I never had a bad experience here, this is the only dentist my children feel comfortable at. I've been using Rivermark Dental since it first opened.
Okay people, listen up! I have read these insane negative reviews and it's got to be a scam! These sound like paid morons who are trying to ruin the reputation and business of a few good people. They are BALONEY, NONSENSE, CR@P AND BS! You're lucky I won't tell you what I REALLY think!!! Ha!I have just returned home from Rivermark Dental and had a filling done by Dr. Christine Lee. Dr. Lee has been taking care of my teeth and my husband's teeth for a few years now and we both have only good things to say about her. She is a highly skilled dentist who always does a careful and excellent job! She never pushes a person to do things she suggests, she just tells us about it and lets us decide. She has never recommended anything that was not really necessary either! She has a friendly and pleasant attitude and let me tell you, her lighthearted banter is welcome relief from the stress that one usually feels in the dentist chair! It does NOT mean she's not paying attention to what she's doing! She works hard to do things accurately and efficiently. As a matter of fact, another dentist who used to work with her, Dr. Phan, did a crown for me and after a whole year, it was still a little painful. Dr. Phan was gone, but Dr. Lee took responsibility for it and replaced the crown free of charge! I am completely satisfied with her work and her ethics and so is my husband. Dr. Lee does care if a patient is in pain and will wait longer for the anesthesia to kick in or give more, as needed. She gives injections that you can barely feel...I have felt real pain, believe me, and this ain't it! This is as good as it gets. You want 100% pain free, get rid of all your teeth and puree your food. You want to keep your teeth and gums in good shape, go to Rivermark Dental. Rachel, who works the front desk and does all the administrative work, is always friendly and efficient, following up with phone calls to remind us of our appointments, which is a good thing! She explains the payment schedule very clearly so you know what you're paying for on a given visit. Luisa is the excellent Dental Assistant, who is always pleasant as well and goes the extra mile to make sure your teeth are cleaned and polished beautifully, taking more time to remove stains and making it unnecessary to bleach my teeth. She is very attentive and doesn't let you drown in your own saliva! The office facilities are clean, modern and comfortable. Magazines are recent and varied enough to keep you busy if you get there early. Everyone in the office at Rivermark Dental is friendly, efficient, skilled and personable. I give them the highest rating on all counts. People who have nothing better to do than write untrue negative reviews should get a life! But first, they should get a smack in the teeth (no pun intended, but now that I think of it....! LOL) I totally recommend Rivermark Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist they can trust. Give them a chance! I am hard to please and I am VERY pleased that my teeth are in the care of Rivermark Dental and will be until my teeth are in a glass by the bedside (God forbid). Five stars to everyone at Rivermark Dental!
